Module considerations

A) LCD LCD module is cut in high precision installation. Avoid external impact, not to change or modify.

B) do not tamper with any outstanding part of the metal frame.

C) do not punch holes in the PCB, or changes in the shape, do not move or modify the symbol.

D) don't touch conductive rubber, especially when the backlight is inserted. (Such as EL backlight).

E) when installing the LCD module, ensure that the PCB does not force such as twisting or bending forces. Conductive rubber contacts are delicate, slight dislocation will result in loss of pixel on the original Foundation.

F) avoid metal compression, otherwise it will lead to deformation of conductive rubber and losing contact, cause loss of pixels.

G) electrostatic: CMOS circuit is due to LCD LCD modules within the Assembly, the following measures must be taken to avoid static electricity.

H) when you use the LCD module in your product design, note the LCD viewing angle with consistent use of your product.

I) based on LCD glass, dropped or hit with a hard object will cause the LCD is cracked or shattered. Especially at the corners.

J) despite the inhibition on the surface of LCD polarizer reflective surfaces, care should be taken not to scratch the surface, the General recommendation on the LCD surface is made of transparent plastic material protection.

K) if storage below the specified temperature of LCD modules, LCD performance deteriorated material condenses. If LCD modules stored in the above required temperature, liquid crystal molecular orientation can be transformed into liquid, it may not be restored to its original state. Beyond the range of temperature and humidity, it will cause the polarizer peeling or blistering. Therefore, LCD modules should be stored at a specified temperature range.
